I Design Experiences
Design is more than pretty buttons on an app or a thorough prototype (though, it does help!) - Good design starts with a deep understanding of the user you are designing for.
With my past in the event industry, my guests were everything. It was important to understand them, especially their wants and needs. To design the best products, I aim to design an experience where the user feels excited about the products from the moment they open an app or website. User research and testing is important, and asking the question "why?" is essential. After all, isn't it human nature to feel understood?
I am also interested in Customer Experience Design. How can I help create loyalty to a product, or help alleviate stress? At what touchpoint did the user have with a certain product, and how was the judgement?
