Design is more than pretty buttons on an app or a thorough prototype (though, it does help!) - Good design starts with a deep understanding of the user you are designing for.
With my past in the event industry, my guests were everything. It was important to understand them, especially their wants and needs. To design the best products, I aim to design an experience where the user feels excited about the products from the moment they open an app or website. User research and testing is important, and asking the question "why?" is essential. After all, isn't it human nature to feel understood?
With 4+ years of experience, I’ve worked across the full design lifecycle from research and ideation to polished UI and developer handoff. I’ve driven measurable improvements in conversion and usability through user-centered design, and I enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to bring impactful digital experiences to life.
